Oh, Karen 🙏🏼Sending you a nice cozy bear hug and a spot of tea. Writing is my biggest therapy as well. God is good. Bless you more. 🌻🤗🤗🤗

Holding space and praying for your mom 💗 I also find writing therapeutic and cathartic. It’s been transformative in my sobriety journey.

Just got done visiting with my mom. She is in decent spirits but today believes my dad and grandma (her mom) are both alive.

Writing definitely keeps me in check and accountable.

The nearer and dear ones mostly don't find our place worthy tbh.

When our place is occupied by somebody who does nothing to them can teach evrything well and realize for what they've lost.

I also find writing to be deeply therapeutic.

It's helping me unearthen some buried memories, in the most healing ways.

I totally relate to writing being your therapy. It’s been mine for the last few years and definitely stopped my head from exploding with unanswered questions. I get it all out onto paper first thing in the morning and it helps me make sense of things my logical brain can’t.

I also understand your family not supporting you in your writing. Bizarrely I miss that about my ex. He was always my biggest supporter.

I’m so sorry you are having a tough week, time. Sending you a big hug. 💕💕
