Game Instructions
Players
It’s for anyone who is interested in healing from their past.
As we age life doesn’t always go as planned. Children grow up, mature into adulthood and leave the nest; our careers come to an end and we retire or are forced out of the workplace; and marriages dissolve because a partner gives up on the union. On top of that we have a past that most of us have never fully healed from.
Rules of Engagement
You have to want to win.
Discipline is key to success. Georgia represents the disciplined woman on Substack. She is consistent with providing quality content and an inspiration for others who also want to be winners.

Georgia refers to healing from her past and I use the word recovery. Both healing and recovery are interchangeable. There isn’t one way to heal and a variety of tools available for anyone choosing to play the game.
Who Wins
The winner is the one who finds and implements the tools that work for them.
Georgia includes an extensive list of tools that work together for her. Where her focus for spiritual healing is found in a higher power, a creator, and source, I find Christian-based healing. Georgia and I both win because we found what works for each of us.
Finishing Strong
The game doesn’t start and isn’t over at a certain age. It’s a game that everyone can play. It doesn’t have an ending but when are day comes that our physical bodies return to the Earth we will finish strong because of how we played the game.
